    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain and enhance the organization's brand identity.
  • Generate leads through various marketing channels and tactics, and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

    • Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any area, preferably Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the event management and marketing field.
  • A creative problem-solver, and excellent communicator to succeed in this role.
  • Hardworking with initiative, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
