    Role Description

    Think City is seeking a Company Secretary for a full-time position located on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

    The Company Secretary is responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspect of the company and programme secretarial practice for Think City and its key programmes. This includes organizing, coordinating and managing Board Meetings and Board Sub-Committee Meetings for major Programmes/Projects. As and when required, the Company Secretary maintains and updates the statutory records of companies, ensuring timely filing of the statutory documents and supports corporate exercise as and when required.

    Responsibilities include:

    · preparing agendas, collating and distributing meeting materials

    · recording precise Minutes of the Board Meeting and disseminating in a timely manner

    · supporting the technology used to prepare and distribute materials

    · conduct meetings, and facilitate the Board and its committee activities

    · maintains records of the materials provided to the Board and its committees to substantiate that directors are given appropriate information on which to base decisions.

    Qualifications

    • Experience as a Company Secretary or similar role
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of company law, governance procedures, and statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Experience with maintaining legal records and drafting legal documents
    • Familiarity with filing and reporting obligations of relevant government agencies
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business administration, or related field
    • Additional qualifications such as ICSA certification is a plus
