- Foreign Worker Management (Work Pass Application, Renewal, termination, and other related issues)
- Monitor of employeesâ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date
- Arrange workers to clinic or hospital if necessary
- Updates HR personnel database & maintain P-Filing
- Monthly audit & prepare the monthly report for foreign worker hostels
- Handle general HR related administration tasks
- Support Payroll
- Handle general administrative task to maintain office, office equipment, and support conducting Companyâs internal event.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
