    About The Company

    Randstad is partnering with a reputable group who has been a key player in the consumer electronics industry for over 10 years. As part of their expansion efforts within the Accounting & Finance team, they are seeking to bring abroad new junior and senior executives to be based in their office in Petaling Jaya.

    About The Job

    • Supervise full sets of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Prepare and submit monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
    • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, inventories, accruals, and bank statements.
    • Handle treasury and banking tasks.
    • Maintain organized financial records.
    • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Accounting
    • Proficiency in accounting software AutoCount.
    • A familiarity with digital tools, particularly those within the Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of practical accounting experience in handling a full set accounting.
    • Prior experience in audit is an added advantage.
