    Job Description

    As the leader of the regional hub in Kuala Lumpur, you will lead a dynamic team encompassing commercial teams and technical professionals to expand the company footprint in Southeast Asia. Working closely with the company's core functions and executive leadership, develop and implement growth strategies in existing and emerging markets.

    • Lead the Kuala Lumpur hub, bringing the company to new heights of success locally and regionally.
    • Manage customer technical support functions for accounts across the region (i.e. service centres and technicians).
    • Spearhead regional expansion efforts, collaborating with top leadership within the group to conquer new markets.
    • Champion innovation by identifying and capitalizing on emerging segments and channels.
    • Drive continuous improvement, sales optimisation and customer centricity to push an ambitious and sustainable growth trajectory.
    • Develop high performance teams with a culture of sustainability and growth.

      The Successful Applicant
      • Past/Current tenure in a senior leadership capacity with P&L management experience.
      • Consistent and successful sales track record for industrial products in a B2B setting, specifically through HoReCa channels.
      • Team leadership experience with the ability to engage and develop new and existing talents alike.
      • Knowledgeable on the industry on a regional scale with effective strategic thinking ability. What's on Offer
