    A property developer based in Johor who consistently create, build and thrive for the better in the industry is currently looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee the department and support on-going projects.

    1. Lead the development of products, encompassing branding, marketing, quality, market initiatives, and strategies.
    2. Drive the formulation of corporate marketing plans and strategic initiatives through comprehensive analysis of business performance, strengths and weaknesses evaluation, assessment of industry trends, consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities.
    3. Conduct research on key issues and challenges within the target market and identify optimal strategic marketing approaches relevant to our industry.
    4. Analyse sales and marketing metrics to extract valuable insights for future marketing endeavours and predict market trends.
    5. Conduct thorough competitive analysis and monitor their marketing activities.
    6. Generate innovative ideas for promoting our products/services while maintaining brand coherence across all marketing platforms.
    7. Shape our overarching marketing strategy and supervise its implementation.
    8. Establish short-term and long-term marketing objectives along with appropriate KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business plans through collaboration with cross-functional teams. skills and requirements
      1. A diploma or degree graduate in marketing/ communication and business or equivalent
      2. Minimum years of working experience in a similar position with proven leadership skill
      3. Has good communications skills with problem solving abilities
      4. Experience in managing team and stakeholders
      5. Good in business writing and reports how to apply
