    Job Summary:

    Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a suitably experienced professional in Digital Strategy & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their Treasury Operations & Planning team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining financial processes through the implementation of digital automation solutions. The primary focus will be on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation within the department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand treasury operations and planning processes to deploy RPA developments and projects.
    • Formulate and implement a comprehensive digital automation strategy aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
    • Revising and upholding Developer Standards centered on automation best practices.
    • Supervising various automation projects to ensure timely project completion.
    • Managing day-to-day automation operations, including troubleshooting and addressing process-related issues.
    • Systematically documenting all business requirements in Business and Functional requirements document
    • Taking the lead on digital activation projects and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3 years or more related working experience in a similar environment.
    • Eye for detail and thorough in work delivery.
    • A self-starter, fast learner and adaptable with the ability to work independently.
