    About the job:

    As a Junior Product Manager/Product Manager, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our SaaS application within our product team. We are seeking a passionate individual dedicated to crafting exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, you will ensure the delivery of functional solutions aligned with our business goals. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial as you perform thorough quality assurance on final product features. You will also create and maintain support and training documents for our user base on Gitbook.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver functional solutions.
    • Perform quality assurance on final product features before releases.
    • Gather and align product requirements with business goals.
    • Prioritize the implementation of new features from the roadmap.
    • Work with the product designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
    • Create and maintain support and training documents on Gitbook.

    Qualification:

    • Previous work experience in product management, project management, software engineering, or data roles is highly desirable.
    • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Experience in writing clear technical documentation is a bonus.
    • Demonstrated a high level of ownership and independence in delivering quality work.
    • Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools such as Notion, Trello, or Jira.
    • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, including APIs and databases.

    Salary Range: RM RM 7000
