    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Social Media Management

    • Create engaging content for clients' social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Manage day-to-day activities such as posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
    • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

    Administrative Support

    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
    • Maintain organized files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

    Coordination And Scheduling

    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events related to marketing activities.
    • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

    Event Management

    • Contact venue providers to gather quotations for events, negotiating terms and securing suitable locations within budget constraints.
    • Liaise with suppliers, providing event information and ensuring clear communication to align with event objectives and timelines.

    Team Collaboration

    • Act as a resource for colleagues, providing support and assistance with marketing-related challenges.
    • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and implement effective marketing strategies.

    Job Requirements

    • Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
    • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
    • Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office
    • Possess own transportation
