    Accounts and Operations, Private Trust

    • Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank transactions and other transactions to maintain full set of account preparation of trust accounts and financial statements for individual private trusts administration, estate administration and SPV company portfolio.
    • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and accounts of private trust cases and SPV companies for the purposes of annual tax submission.
    • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for the trust's financial statement and the trust portfolio's tax related matter.
    • Ensure all bank reconciliations for all omnibus Client's accounts are completed on regular basis by ensuring all transactions are recorded and closed in the system.
    • Participate in any accounting or system projects and assignment if needed.
    • Monitor cash balances in trust account portfolio to ensure sufficient funds for periodic distribution to beneficiaries, tax agents, trustee fees, tax payments and others.
    • Perform payments and investment settlement and redemption of funds.
    • Administering both private trust and corporate trust structures in accordance with the terms and conditions as per legal documentations;
    • Ensuring timely issuance of tax invoice for administration fees on regular basis.
    • Perform any additional tasks or changes duties as directed by management with emphasis on finance and accounting operations.
