    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Handle Outbound calls and promote company services
    • Follow up on customer inquiry, sales and perform aftersales services
    • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients
    • Report and update Leaders on clients' requests and feedbacks
    • Work closely with another departments.

    Job Requirements

    • Personal traits must positive, passionate, collaborative and a self-starter.
    • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player
    • At least 2 years relevant experience
    • Always put customers at first priority and keep them happy
    • General computer knowledge for Microsoft Office
