    Job Title : Production Supervisor

    Salary Range : RM3500 RM4500

    Working Hours : 6AM-3.30PM / 10.30AM-8PM (6 days work , Shift time)

    Working Location : Desa Cemerlang, JB

    Company Background : Fruits & Vege Retailer

    Job description

    To assist production manager to organize workflow by assigning manpower and work schedule.

    To provide necessary training to production operator, ensure operator follow company rules & regulation and ISO 9001 Standard requirement.

    To identify the production issue and provide suggestion or improvement plan during management meeting.

    To update department attendance and ensure sufficient of manpower.

    To update any disciplinary issue found and report to HR Department.

    To conduct daily morning briefing within each department.

    As approver for OT authorisation form (operator/assistant supervisor)

    To enforce company rules & regulation and WI.

    To ensure operator maintain personal hygiene in the production area and ensure production usage is sufficient.

    Requirements :

    Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.

    Eagerness to troubleshoot problem.

    Leadership with ability to drive a team.
