    Description

    Purpose of the Job

  • Plan, implement and manage MISC Group's Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management (CM), as well as Emergency Response and Preparedness (ERP) programmes and activities to safeguard shareholders' investment and the Group's assets and to ensure no disruption to business operations and ordinary recovery of operations after the disruptive event.
  • Develop, review, assess, evaluate and improve MISC Group's BCP, CM and ERP processes/methods to ensure readiness and effectiveness, while maintaining alignment across the Group in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Business Continuity/Crisis Management/Emergency Response certification, professional qualification or advanced degree would be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in business/operations, including at least 5 - 8 years in business continuity/crisis management/emergency response preparedness environment.
  • Experienced in writing drill/test formats and executing simulation exercises, including table top tests and live drill scenarios.
  • Experienced in leading major incident investigation and consequence management methodology.
