    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Solv Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our IT Product Manager by coordinating project tasks, managing timelines, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The IT Project Coordinator will oversee software development life cycle and deployment, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams.

    Responsibilities

    · Collaborate with IT Product Manager to develop project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements

    · Coordinate agile project activities including sprints planning, backlog refinement and sprint reviews

    · Monitor and coordinate completion of key activities in software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, QA, UAT, deployment activities

    · Organize and lead regular project status meetings, documenting discussions and action items

    · Collaborate with business team, development, QA and UAT teams to ensure smooth transitions between project phases

    · Write requirement and user stories to assist Product Manager in documenting and managing product backlog

    · Coordinate with technical team for production issues

    Qualifications and Skills:

    · Bachelor's degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field

    · 2 to 3 years of experience in agile project management or coordination

    · Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT or software development environment.

    · Has understanding of agi­­le methodologies and coordinating agile projects

    · Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA

    · Business analyst experience for requirement and user stories documentation

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
