    Job Responsibility

    A Senior Operations Executive is a key leadership role within a company responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently and effectively.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
    • Team Management: Overseeing and leading operational teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective performance.
    • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
    • Resource Allocation: Managing resources, both human and material, to optimize productivity and minimize wastage.
    • Budgeting and Cost Control: Creating and managing budgets, analyzing costs, and finding ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality or service.
    • Performance Monitoring: Setting and monitoring performance metrics, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
    • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.
    • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communication: Liaising with other departments, stakeholders, and upper management to ensure smooth coordination and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Compliance: Ensuring operations comply with legal and regulatory standards.

    Job Requirements

    • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. An MBA can be advantageous.
    • Experience: Several years of experience in operations, with progressive responsibility and at least some years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial abilities, including team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
    • Adaptability: The capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and making decisions under pressure.
