    Job Description:


    We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of expertise in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps.

    This role involves managing large-scale projects, specifically focusing on Customer Onboarding, Compliance, and Credit Origination micro services.

    The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects with a duration exceeding one year.


    Key Requirements:

    Mandatory Skills:

    Java Spring Boot:
    Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot development.

    Microservices:
    Strong knowledge and experience in microservices architecture.

    DevOps:
    Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing DevOps systems.


    Must-Have Experience:

    • Over 8 years of project management experience, handling large-scale projects with a duration exceeding one year.
    • Strong technical and platform knowledge in Open Systems.
    • Good business domain knowledge in Retail and Corporate Loans Origination systems; experience in Business or Credit rules management is a plus.
    • Knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products, and industry practices preferred.
    • Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other significant project implementations.
    • Expertise in service-oriented technologies.
    • Proven result-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.

    Technical and Communication Skills:

    • Strong technical knowledge in Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps Systems.
    • Experience in actual systems development work, including prior coding, functional specifications, technical specifications, and systems development and testing (in aggregate no less than 8 years).
    • Good understanding and experience in the software development cycle (Waterfall/Agile best practices).
    • Highly effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking, and solutioning skills.

    Additional Skills:

    • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage large-scale projects in Customer Onboarding, Compliance, and Credit Origination microservices.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.
    • Apply strong business domain knowledge in Retail and Corporate Loans Origination systems.
    • Implement and manage DevOps systems effectively.
    • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
    • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges during the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
