    Description

    We are seeking a talented and proactive Media and Performance Executive to join our team. As a Media and Performance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to maximise client ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor campaign performance metrics including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth, timely & integrated campaign execution.
    • Create A/B testing to evaluate the most effective campaign strategies.
    • Brainstorm and contribute ideas while planning integrated marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.
    • Providing support for existing clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
    • Advise clients on the best way to spend their media budget.
    • Explain findings to team members and clients, who may not have specialist mathematical or statistical knowledge
    • Preparation of budgets and estimation for proposed media and communication plans.
    • Monitoring and recording performance campaigns on FB, IG, Google, Tiktok, etc.
    • Generate regular performance reports and client presentations, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and future strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
    • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and ensure alignment of campaign strategies with client expectations.
    • Initiate, coordinate, and execute ad-hoc assignments, where required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and others.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and reporting.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
    • Preferably to start in June 2024.
