    Description

    JOB SCOPE:
    Handle partner inquiries via emails and various social chat platforms.
    Process payments to overseas partners and vendors.
    Conduct online research and make calls to identify suitable partners and vendors.
    Generate purchase orders, request for quotations, and manage inventory planning and logistics.
    Prepare weekly and monthly activity summaries along with expense reports.
    Perform computer data entry tasks.
    Assist with accounting duties as required.
    Execute clerical duties efficiently.
    Undertake other ad-hoc administrative tasks.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential.
    Hold a degree in Business or Accounting.
    Preferably possess relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
    Proficient in UBS, AutoCount, MYOB, Excel, and Word.
    Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication.
    Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
    Willingness to commit to a 2-year contract for this position.
