Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Course arrangement related: set study plan and offer plan according to MQA approved programme
structure, timetabling, etc.
2. Examination related: assist Examination Centre in required work, such as coordination on
examination schedule, appeal case, credit transfer, invigilation, etc.
3. Student-related: check student attendance, check the credits required for students each semester, help students that fail the course or with special circumstances to set personal study plan, check the graduation qualification of senior students and remind them of the academic issues that urged to be solved before graduation, etc.
4. Daily administrative support: cooperate with programme coordinator of the school on administrative work, provide a sound response to inquiries from lecturers and students, soundly maintain academically related files as required, cooperation with other departments if necessary, etc.
5. Maintain the academic affairs system.
6. Organize and attend the meetings and deal with other related affairs as required.
7. Any other duties as assigned by the academic affair leader. Any other tasks and duties within the scope as assigned by the University from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fresh graduates with Master Degree (and above) are preferred.
2. Candidates with Bachelor Degree and a minimum of THREE years' working experience in Academic.
3. Related Department of University Level are encouraged to apply.
4. Committed team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Meticulous, positive attitude, hardworking and able to deliver assignments within given timeline.
6. Required skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
