    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Assist with filing of documentations and checking reports.
    • Support the IT functions.
    • Analyse and study the report of the POS System.
    • Assist with incoming and outgoing emails in the IT department.
    • Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing and database.
    • Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
    • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
    • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
    • Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
    • Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
