- Assist with filing of documentations and checking reports.
- Support the IT functions.
- Analyse and study the report of the POS System.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing emails in the IT department.
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing and database.
- Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
- Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
