    Description

    About our client:

    Our client is a one of the top property company locally and regionally. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Account Executive position.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle full sets account to ensure everything is organized and up-to-date.
    • Responsible of payments, making sure they're accurate and managing important financial records effectively.
    • Assist in prepare financial reports including monthly bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial budgets.
    • Work with auditors and tax agents, providing necessary documents and ensuring the company meets all legal requirements.
    • Liaise with banks for financing needs and maintain positive relationships with financial institutions.
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.

    Job Requirements:

    • At least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • Preference at least 4 years work experiences in property industries.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin languages.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office and any accounting software.
    • Good time management, detail-oriented, multitasking, self-motivated, and dedication.

    Reporting To:

    Finance Manager.
