    Description
    Job Title :
    Automation Engineer


    ROLE PURPOSE:

    Maintain the Bank's server infrastructure to ensure IT infrastructure and services operate in accordance to the agreed service level agreements.

    Undertake initiatives in which application of IT/technology (server related technology) will enhance business performance that enables the achievements of the Bank's desired outcomes.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

    â–a Design, Implement, deploy and maintain tools/scripts for automating operational tasks across infrastructure
    â–a Responsibility for identifying, recommending, establishing and sustaining tools, processes & practices that support process automation
    solutions
    â–a Design and develop automation solution and define the key performance metrics for the solution
    â–a Liaise with principal/internal/3rd party team to ensure success of projects
    â–a Support common infrastructure applications running Jenkins, ALM
    â–a Vulnerability assessment across Production & Non-Production environment
    â–a Ensure infrastructure setup are compliant with bank's architecture standards and info security policies
    â–a Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, Aix )
    â–a Deliver technical support and onsite field services
    â–a Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task
    â–a Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support
    â–a Report and interface with senior management
    â–a Communicate and coordinate proficiently with customer requirements
    â–a Provide long-term process/service improvement measures and plans.

    QUALIFICATION /


    EXPERIENCE :


    Academic Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology , Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification

    Experience:
    At least 2-year working experience in software development and application support. Experience in the following infrastructure technology spanning across wide range of domains, but not limited to.

    Knowledge :

    Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, AIX) in all Servers Platform; Virtualization; Network; Database; Middleware technologies; Microservices, Powershell / PowerCLI; Puppet/Ansible; Perl; Ruby; Phyton; Elasticsearch, Logstash; Grafana & Kibana and PowerBI.
