    Description
    Role Responsibilities:
    • Install, troubleshoot, and configure of Microsoft Window Operating System and Microsoft applications in the Desktop and Notebook.
    • Install and troubleshoot anti-virus software, patches and hot-fixes for MS or other applications.
    • Installation and troubleshoot of in-house applications etc.
    • Create and setup new image, support software deployment and antivirus agents.
    • Liaise with vendor's engineer for system hardware repairing.
    • Assist in desktops and laptops infrastructure inventory reporting.
    • Assist in desktops and laptops related projects.
    • Provide day-to-day operation service deliveries (i.e. Incident, Problem, Asset & Change Management).
    • Track, Monitor and Close the assigned service calls / tickets to meet customer Service Level Agreement.

      • Job Requirements:
    • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • Proven relevant experience of at least 2 years in the IT industry and possess ability to software troubleshooting, test, repair and service IT equipment
    • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
    • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers
    • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
    • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed and ability to adapt to changing circumstances/ environment.
    • 1 Year Contract Position.
