    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Provide administrative support to the marketing & sales team
    • Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining sales records
    • Handle and respond to customer inquiries
    • Prepare and update sales presentations and materials
    • Well verse in database management
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaign & sales process
    • Contact prospects via phone call, whatsapp or email to convert them as customers
    • Whatsapp blasting & Email blasting
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the office environment
    • Be responsible and involve in the office management
    • Perform ongoing duty & task as directed by director

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing/sales administration or related field
    • Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcomed to apply
    • Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any discipline
    • Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in relevant fields are also accepted
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
