- As a main focal point and responsible to assess / analyze / control the potential threats to the company or companies from the contract document for all projects during tender stage, including collaboration with company legal advisor for preventive risk management.
- Liaison with respective team / members including Commercial Team, Procurement Team, Finance Department, Projects, Designers, Business Development Department. Ensuring the gap for contractual matters is managed.
- Risk management during Post Contract – to collaborate with respective team as outlined in the above – for identify any risk from Project Timeline commitment and manage and prevent from the risk of Liquidation Delay.
- Responsible to lead and manage the NOD (Notice of Delays), EOT (Extension of Time) and LAD (Liquidation Delay), Prolongation, Final Account, and to achieve best solution to protect company/companies' interest.
- Responsible to strengthen the current contract format between Company/Companies with Vendors (Suppliers or Contractors) included but not limited to: LOA (Letter of Award) & Any supplement clauses / appendixes document for the contract.
- Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Candidate must have at least 10 years' experience in Cost & Contract field in Interior Design Fit-out.
- Candidate must have positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive approach desired.
- Candidate must be proficiency in pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract management.
- Candidate must be familiar with standard methods of measurement rules and BQ preparation.
- Candidate must be able to read a drawings and project schedules.
