    We are on the lookout for a skilled Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team at CXL Group, an esteemed integrated HR solutions provider.

    As a Payroll Executive, you will be managing the payroll functions, ensuring precise and timely processing of salaries, statutory payments, and financial disbursements. Proficiency in regulations, tax document preparation, analyzing expense variations, and acting as a liaison for internal and external parties. Join us to lead accurate payroll operations and make a significant impact

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer payroll processes ensuring prompt and accurate payments, including ad-hoc disbursements, in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
    • Serve as the main liaison with local statutory bodies to address payroll-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Manage payment activities and reporting to meet statutory obligations, ensuring precision and adherence to guidelines.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, finance, and other reports, maintaining meticulous reporting practices.
    • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of annual tax reporting, meeting stringent compliance standards.
    • Establish and maintain organized documentation systems, address employee inquiries, prepare billing, collaborate with IT for system enhancement, and handle additional ad-hoc duties as required, showcasing flexibility.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a bachelorâs degree, professional degree, or any related field.
    • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical tasks.
    • Effective communication, proactive nature, and ability to multitask.
    • Proficiency in PC skills like MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, meticulous and detail oriented.
