    What will you be engaged in

    As our new Financial Planning and Analysis, Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of,

    Business planning/projection

    • Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission
    • Align processes, resources-planning and management and department goals with an overall strategy
    • Company KPI planning and management (e.g. performance assessment)
    • Assess the company's operational and strategic performance

    Supporting IR/Fundraising

    • Perform financial modelling and valuation exercise, cash flow forecasts and investment appraisals for potential investment opportunities and corporate exercises
    • Support regular & irregular business reports on an annual and annual quarterly basis
    • Support ad-hoc tasks related corporate planning area from Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

    • Over 3-5 years of experience in budgeting or planning of business era
    • Work experience preferably in Investor Relations/ Venture Capital/ Private Equity/ Banking
    • Must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of Financial statements, corporate finance and financial modelling
    • Possess good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
