    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Wintel Support Engineer located in Cyberjaya. The Wintel Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers, administering and managing operating systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
    • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Support
    • Operating Systems administration and management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • More than 3+years of experience directly related to Windows System Administration Windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019 with increasing responsibilities in administering client/server applications. Familiar with Microsoft Windows Clustering, including user/group administration, security permissions, researching event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring
    • experience with vSphere/ESXI and vCenter.
