    Aethir is a leading technology company specializing in AI, Blockchain Gaming, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and creating impactful solutions that shape the future.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser/Purchasing Agent/Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing prices and quality to ensure the best deal, particularly focusing on servers, hardware, and related technology equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, particularly focusing on servers, hardware, and related technology equipment
    • Compare prices and quality to ensure the best deal
    • Meet with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts
    • Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
    • Monitor inventory and write orders to refill stock
    • Updating all records of purchased products
    • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses
    • Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders

    Requirements

    • .Proven experience as a Purchaser/Purchasing Agent/Buyer or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, policies, and principles
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software
    • Proficiency in both Mandarin & English is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders
