    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage condominiumâs online domain, website, emails and communication platforms.
    • Handle general queries and complaints at front-desk, community app, and emails.
    • Follow up on residents and owners conflict resolution.
    • Enforce house rules and resident discipline (both owners and tenants) in collaboration with Security Chief and Security Supervisors.
    • Issue violation letters to vandals and their landlords, and follow up on fines payment.
    • Manage debt recovery and attend tribunal hearings.
    • Manage JMB corporate and retail matters as guided by the committee chairperson.
    • Organise JMB Committee meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
    • Issue communication material including notices, announcements, and corporate letter pointers for the JMB committee chairperson when required.
    • Update the Proprietors List, as well as, House Rules (condominium by-laws).
    • Manage agreements and contracts, and monitor that contract terms adhere strictly to lawyerâs advice
    • Ensure all documentation is properly and securely kept
    • Submit monthly report to the committee on resident complaints, conflicts solved, and debt recovery.

    Job Requirements

    • Any tertiary qualification suffices, although degree in Law or Communication is preferred (familiarity in Strata Management Act 2013 would be advantageous).
    • Possess knowledge regarding online domain, website, emails management.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English is compulsory.
    • Good listener, receptive and responsive to other residentsâ needs.
    • Highly active as demonstrated in school and university extracurricular activities.
    • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
