    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
    • Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
    • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.
    • To lead a team of two or three for full sets of accounts.
    • Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • Possess at least Higher Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • Professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA / PA or equivalent is an advantage.
    • At least 3 years working experience in related field, knowledge and experience in accounting/auditing.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
    • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
    • Possess own transport.
    • Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, SQL Accounting System.
