    The successful Geo Business Operations Specialist will understand the Professional Services service business lines complemented by roles under each service, ensuring a successful Opportunity to Cash flow as well as understanding the strengths and skills of the consultants within the roles in order to successfully staff engagements, ensuring an effective time to allocate supported by the continues oversee of an end-to-end planning and execution.

    Reporting to the Global Operations Controller Lead is responsible for ensuring the right Process, People and Tools are in place and followed by each Geo, while always controlling and removing the frictions along the journey of our internal teams as well as Customers and Partners.

    The Geo Business Operations Specialist will also facilitate partner relations and contracts, handling all related administrative procedures, for OutSystems partners to work on OutSystems services in co-delivery with OutSystems consultants.

    Responsibilities

  • Understands OutSystems professional services Lines of Business and correspondent offers, underlying delivery models and service roles and skills in order to properly staff each service;
  • Handle all the operational tasks related with control over the pipeline deals followed by compliance from a system of record, ensuring resource allocation, from the moment the opportunity is qualified as eligible to start, guiding the journey for all the stakeholders;
  • Assure that both allocation and quote to cash processes are followed and reinforce the importance of clean and transparent procedures for all the involved parties;
  • Partner with the Global Allocation teams ensuring alignment, consolidation and control over the allocation and financial performance efficiency;
  • Is able to quickly adapt and revisit team needs that might occur according to trends and company objectives;
  • Supports all the GEO Leaders ensuring support on analyzing and reporting on key business metrics related to staffing, forecasting and controls over the Geo P&L;
  • Manage service providers contracts and relations, for OutSystems consultants subcontracting to ensure the needed capacity for all PS services in alignment with the Global Allocation Team.

    • Requirements

  • Experience working with International companies;
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent (Finance, Economy, Business Administration);
  • Knowledge in SalesForce, PSA (Professional Services Automation),
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Google Apps (Sheet, Docs & Slides)
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
  • Experience working in IT consulting companies, with knowledge in professional services processes, delivery models, and key metrics is valued.
