    A recruiter is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (FMCG)

    Job Description

    • Oversee the entire marketing department and total marketing strategies for the organization.
    • Evaluate, forecast and develop key marketing goals that facilitate the business' performance. Besides functioning as a lead to a large and high performing team, you are required to influence and ensure good working synergy across teams in various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Stronghold in integrating various marketing disciplines including but not limited to branding, sales, communications, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, PR, CRM, media, creative and consumer experience.
    • Managing and optimizing marketing budgets in P&L and A&P to ensure healthy financials.
    • Skilled in data analysis, consumer and market insights to determine the best results-oriented approach.
    • Identify commercial opportunities for growth or profitability.

    Requirements

    • At least 15 years in FMCG businesses
    • Experience in leading a large department and dealing with various stakeholders
    • Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative team spirit
    • Strong decision-making and assertiveness
    • Resilient to challenges and quick to adapt in fast-paced environments
