    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage).
    • Provide appropriate support to superior.
    • Answer phone calls, organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, messaging applications and mail.
    • Provide customer supports e.g. claims, requests, renewal, info update and advice.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, account recording and payment.
    • Maintain filing and recording system.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), Mac, and Company's online systems.
    • Create and update social media materials.
    • Maintain contact list.
    • Order office supplies.
    • Assist to organise company events.
    • Ensure efficient and smooth day-day operation of our office.
    • Willing to attend training for improvements.

    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

    Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the superior and team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
