    Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Office in Q Sentral:

    Senior Client Analyst - Employee Benefits

    • Provide implementation and ongoing support to new and existing Global Benefits Managements clients as well as internal parties
    • Supporting multinational clients in their effective placement of Health and Benefits risks across Asia

    We will count on you to:

    • Be the main client and internal point of contact for APAC Employee Health and Benefits management – supporting multinational clients place their health and risk policies across Asia.
    • Develops and maintains client relationships by aligning global client strategies and needs to MMC's capabilities and resources
    • Serve as a consultant to clients, pursue corporate expansion and diversification and new business growth
    • Develops and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
    • Possess the capacity to solve issues and complete tasks

    What you need to have:

    • A degree holder from any field
    • 4-5 years of experience in Client facing and Account Managementwithin the Insurance industry
    • Strong project management, operational skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluency in English and another Asian language to support China
    • Proficient with MS Office

    What makes you stand out:

    • Strong domain knowledge and experience in health and benefits consulting.
    • Experience with global or regional benefit management.
    • Experience working across multiple countries and language skills is a plus.
