    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting security and network problems.
    • Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment.
    • Conduct proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies.
    • Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats.
    • Assess products through threat modelling, code review and security testing. Also, provide guidance on effective counter measures.
    • Monitor and analyze security logs and events and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
    • Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ's, supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training etc.

    Qualifications

    • Degree holder in or related disciplines in Information Technology / Computer Science - Cyber Security or related discipline.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in networking.
    • Understanding of Web related technologies٫ including applications٫ services٫ Service Oriented Architectures٫ networking protocols and so on.
    • Hands-on experience building and maintaining a virtual infrastructure in a production environment and/or experience in a systems management or cloud architecture role.
    • Have experience in security systems٫ including firewalls٫ intrusion detection systems٫ anti-virus software٫ authentication systems٫ log management٫ content filtering٫ etc.
