    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
    • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
    • Increasing sales and market share.
    • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
    • Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
    • Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and to build the credibility of brands.
    • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
    • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the brand's reach and reputation.
    • Collaborating with different departments to maintain brand consistency.
    • Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

    Requirements

    Top qualities: highly agile, communicate well, attention to detail, assertive, effective & fast pace.

    • Minimum Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
    • Proven experience as brand manager or similar role.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
    • Excellent communication and people skills, fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Creative thinking and commercial awareness.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
    • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required.
    • Willing to travel, when required.
