    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Perform sales duties, such as prospecting, presentation, follow through, account management and after sales services.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
    • Regularly assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
    • Understand and compile customer's feedback and requirements
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Job Requirements

    • Be proficient in written & spoken English
    • Minimum qualifications in Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
    • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
    • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
