    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Devise and manage the CRM marketing strategy that is in-line with business goals for both our business and consumer segments.
    • Provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, plan and execute campaigns to grow customer base, drive football and encourage spend. This includes end-to-end campaign management from conceptualization of loyalty campaigns, production of communication materials to handling of promotions and activities.
    • Increase brand loyalty, and expand the company's brand value to drive optimal profitability.
    • Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggests various product options that are available.
    • Develop a strategy and work plan for members focusing on redemption items and privileges.
    • Keep track of CRM and member campaigns performance and deep analysis of customer response to customer offer.
    • Improve customer data quality and data management process to ensure readiness utilize to support CRM and Marketing campaign.
    • Responsible for product category's CRM and communication including but not limited to email marketing, social media, loyalty program.
    • Analyze marketing trends and relate to company business.
    • Stay up-to-date with CRM and digital media developments.

    The Profile

    • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
    • Any year of experience in a Telco or having Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience (CX), or CRM role would be added advantage.
    • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
    • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
    • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
