- Experience in Trust and Safety or Advertiser Integrity for social media platforms in relation to the gaming industry.
- Experienced in communicating the results of analyses with senior stakeholders of multiple crossfunctional teams to influence the strategy and approach.
- Experienced in ramping up a program from concept and formulating frameworks.
- Experienced in working collaboratively within a diverse team and environment.

About the Team :
The Advertiser Experience Global Programs team collectively provides support in multiple segments of the business: GA&A, Global Gaming, Policy Support and Shared Services to drive improvement regionally and globally.
The team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, ensuring high advertising quality on our platform.
As a Program Manager in our Advertiser Experience Global Programs team, you will partner directly with our clients in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance advertisers' experience on our platform.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.
Additionally, you will develop strategic playbooks and initiatives for the gaming segment you support each quarter and each half, driving improvements.
