About The Role
The Sales Capability Lead is a strategic role designed to elevate the competencies and effectiveness of Reckittâs sales team across our three key business units: Health, Hygiene, and Nutrition. This role is pivotal in harmonizing our sales strategies while tailoring capability development to the unique demands of each unit. The successful candidate will lead the transformation of our sales training and development, incorporating digital innovation and analytics to drive performance and achieve excellence.
