    Job Description

    Airasia MOVE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the operations.

    Responsibilities; not limited to the following:

  • Lead and coordinate all operational activities related to the businesses.
  • Manage payment settlements with external partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Detect, address, and resolve issues related to sales and customer service.
  • Implement strategies to optimise the ops process and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless coordination between various departments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Analyse operational data and metrics to make informed decisions and enhance operational performance.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to manage the operations of campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with external partner(s) to resolve any operational issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the operations team, inspiring excellence and driving results.

    • Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
  • Showcase a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end operations.
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, adept at resolving complex operational challenges to enhance overall performance.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Display an analytical mindset, utilising data to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
