Key Responsibilities:

Lead the new store development and expansion

People management - training and development, recruitment

Utilize and demostrate effective management principle and practises

Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies and guidelines skills & experience

Tertiary education

Minimum 2 years of operation management experience within retail F&B chain industry

Store expansion, managing initial operations & hiring
