    Description

    Our client, a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) in the maritime industry, seeks an Operations Project Manager to oversee company operations and project management. Based at Kuala Lumpur office, you will be accountable for maintaining project requirements, meeting deadlines, and ensuring schedules stay on course. The Responsibilities as follows:

    1.Operations

    • Ensure dealer and reseller compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Ensure compliance to internal processes and procedures
    • Develop and conduct dealer training programs for product knowledge, sales, and customer service
    • Coordinate service and support teams for efficient customer assistance
    • Manage inventory for optimal stock levels and implement tracking systems
    • Responsible for import/export handling
    • Provide sales support for pricing, logistics, and cost optimization
    • Follow up of KPIs

    2.Projects

    • Coordinate internal and vendor resources for project execution
    • Ensure timely, within-budget project delivery
    • Develop project objectives with stakeholders
    • Manage resources and project plans
    • Measure project performance and report issues
    • Cultivate client and stakeholder relations
    • Perform risk management
    • Maintain vendor relationships
    • Create and manage project documentation
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
    • Ensure quality project deliverables
    • Establish effective project communication
    • Manage change requests
    • Identify new client opportunities
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Conduct post-project evaluations
    • Screening of customers

    Requirements:

    • Relevant education in Engineering, Business Administration, or others relevant field of studies
    • Proven project management experience
    • Leadership skills to guide teams of varying sizes
    • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
    • Timely project completion ability
    • Budget management expertise
    • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin language skills is plus to deal with oversea customers
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
    • Computer literacy, basic understanding of ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office products
