- Business segments covered: PFS (non-individual), Business Banking and Wholesale Banking segments covering conventional and Islamic cases.
- Handling and processing in respect of:
- Valuation
- Liaising with appointed panel valuer for valuation matters (Block & Formal)
- Downloading of property to appointed valuer
- Providing additional info required by valuer
- System updating based on revaluation reports
- Notifying respective BU on BV variance
- Valuation invoice processing
- Performing accurate, complete and timely data input / maintenance into the relevant systems.
- Attending to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. data cleansing

About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Requirements
a) A recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
b) Minimum 2 – 4 years' relevant experience in banking environment, especially in wholesale conventional loan / Islamic financing documentation
c) Preferably with experience in handling documentation for wholesale conventional loan & Islamic financing
d) Working knowledge with Microsoft Office softwares - Words, Excel and Power Point
e) Team player, keen and quick learner, progressive thinker and implementer c) Is competent in one's functional / technical skills
