    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Key campaign person to drive overall Brand & Marketing activities cutting across ATL, Digital, Social & Events, and Sales (where relevant) working with the respective team of experts to build brand association within the category, increase brand awareness, considerations and conversions for the business
    • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to continuously uncover segment insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies
    • To co-develop the portfolio & segment communication strategy, quarterly roadmap, competitive review & campaign budgeting on a quarterly basis
    • Execute all MarCom campaigns, including close collaboration with GTM, Sales, Partnership and Corporate Communication where relevant, review and report campaign performance, results and ROI for continuous learning and improvements in growing brand appeal & audiences
    • Strong, inspirational leadership skills to manage and motivate the team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations, and build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a Business Management related subject
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role and preferably with experience in management role to lead a team
    • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills with high fluency in spoken and written English. Advantage if you have fluency in BM and Mandarin language too
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent time management skills and the superb ability to prioritize to deliver under extreme pressure
    • A positive and approachable manner
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Adaptability to change, always embrace new ideas and processes
