Description
As a Senior Trainer and Change Management specialist, we expect that you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational transitions and maximizing employee proficiency. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with strategic goals while fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Your expertise in change management will be instrumental in guiding teams through transformative initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
⢠Design comprehensive training curricula encompassing technical skills, soft skills, and organizational processes.
⢠Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and multimedia content.
⢠Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative instructional techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
2. Training Delivery:
⢠Facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders at various levels, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
⢠Utilize a variety of training methodologies, such as workshops, simulations, role-playing, and on-the-job training.
⢠Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
⢠Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to facilitate skill development and knowledge retention.
3. Change Management:
⢠Lead change management initiatives to minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
⢠Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
⢠Identify potential risks and barriers to change and implement mitigation strategies.
⢠Foster a culture of resilience and flexibility to support organizational agility and adaptability.
4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
⢠Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and change management initiatives.
⢠Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
⢠Analyze training outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
⢠Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and change management to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
⢠2- 5 years of relevant experience.
⢠Need to have valid HRDC Certification or TTT.
⢠Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably in a corporate setting.
⢠Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design techniques.
⢠Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills both in English and Malay.
⢠Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
⢠Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
