In this dynamic, full-time, on-site role, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, spearheading the planning, creation, management, and execution of our social media content strategy.

    Your day-to-day will involve crafting captivating content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and our blog, all while keeping a pulse on industry trends and audience preferences. Your knack for storytelling will shine as you develop compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse community. And here's where it gets exciting – we're looking for someone who can harness the power of video content to drive engagement to new heights Whether it's behind-the-scenes glimpses, product showcases, or customer testimonials, your creativity will be the driving force behind our video strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate your experience in building and managing engaging social media presences that captivate audiences.
    • Platform Proficiency: Navigate the social media landscape with ease, boasting familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and blogs.
    • Analytical Acumen: Dive into data with confidence, leveraging your strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
    • Creative Vision: We're all about thinking outside the box and embracing trending ideas. Develop month-to-month content strategies that go beyond the commercial and bring fun to the forefront. We're looking for ideas that not only resonate but also push the boundaries, increasing our reach beyond the norm.
    • Communication Skills: Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be put to the test as you craft compelling content that sparks conversations.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in social media management for a lifestyle brand.
    • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media, and or/content development.
    • Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation.
    • A good understanding of new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture.
    • The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning.
    • Knowledge of SEO and social media performance metrics.
    • Attention to detail.
