    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Administration Senior Executive. The HR and Administration Senior Executive will ensure efficient HR and Administration operations. The role involves coordinating employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and managing HR Operations.

    Qualifications

    • Provide daily administrative support, including official data submission and communication
    • Provide daily administrative support, including official data submission and communication
    • Assist expatriates working on local projects with entry-exit materials and visa applications
    • Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the local office, including file management
    • Handle personnel recruitment and labor relations management, including employee recruitment, regularization, resignation, and related procedures
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

    A qualified candidate should possess the following skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, no major limit
    • can communicate and write in English and Malay. Priority will be given to local Malays from Johor
    • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in personnel administration, flexible thinking, good communication and coordination, resource integration capabilities, and strong execution ability
    • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work

    Work location: Johor Bahru
