    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches.
    • Keep abreast of latest sales and marketing information and competitor activity to understand the latest market demand.
    • Liaising and building relationships with a range of customers, suppliers and colleagues
    • Develop sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • To conduct market survey and analyze the SWOT of competitors to provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • "Think out of the box" strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
    • Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies
    • To ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines.

    Ideal Profile

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree holder in Sales & marketing/ Property Development/ Real Estate Management /Business Administration or equivalent
    • Working experience in Sales Admin in property development industry is an advantage.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Able to converse in Mandarin and English as you'll need to deal with mandarin clients.
    • Pleasant personality
    • Familiar with IFCA /MHUB system would be an advantage.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skills
